The parking situation was chaotic with insufficient space, and the handling of charges was confusing and frustrating!!! Attention to these details could improve the stay experience.

Decent stay with some hits and misses. The room was spacious and well-organized. I appreciated the comfortable bed, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Nice, clean bathroom with good water pressure. Breakfast area offered a nice variety, but they ran out of pancakes one day and didn’t restock quickly enough. Staff friendliness varied. some were accommodating while others seemed disinterested. Had a bit of trouble accessing ice machines—they were all out. Housekeeping came knocking way too early, knocking at 8:30 AM when we were still trying to get ready. No extra blankets were available when I asked, which made it tough for my family. Overall, I enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness but found service issues that need attention.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were helpful and friendly, like that guy at the front desk who could actually listen. Plus, we had a shower/tub combo, totally great for the kids to get cleaned up after a long day.

We had a great time visiting the Greensboro Children’s Museum, which was just a short drive from the hotel. The kids loved every moment of it! The room was good and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

My kids wished there were extra blankets available for the sleeper sofa.

I really loved how cozy the room was with the comfy beds and cute little Keurig machine. it made for a nice start to the day. The outdoor pool was a great place to unwind after a long day, and I enjoyed lounging around with a book. Just a heads up, the breakfast can get a bit crowded, but it didn't take away from the fun.

More assistance for senior mobility at check-in would help.

We enjoyed the water park, hitting the wave pool and lazy river. The nearby children's museum was also fantastic for some learning fun. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent, but I’d recommend getting there early to snag the eggs.

One downside was the hot water issue during my shower. I had to wait too long for maintenance to respond.

would like to stay there on the next trip

The double bed suite was super clean and modern with a nice seating area. We had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The beds were soft and comfy. Breakfast rocked with warm cinnamon rolls and biscuits with gravy. The outdoor pool was a nice touch too. Perfect spot near restaurants.

The breakfast had a delightful variety, especially the sausage gravy & biscuits! The room was clean and cozy. However, it would’ve been nice to have more variety in toiletries.
